When I joined Digicorp in 2018, most of employees were working with Digicorp over a decade. I was surprised because in IT industry people are taking jump for higher salary or to decrease mental stress. Why employees stick to Digicorp? I understood it after experiencing the environment here. We get opportunities to empower with new technology projects, the freedom to explore new ideas, make decisions, and voice our thoughts openly. Best quality I learnt here from my mentors is, every human will make mistake , but how to deal with that situation patiently is importantly.
